Do I need an account to use Downpour?

Downpour is a third party client of Tumblr. You must have a Tumblr account to use Downpour. Please go to https://www.tumblr.com, and sign up if you haven't done that yet.

How to save photos to Photo Safe?

If you have Photo Safe installed on your device, you can press and hold on the photo that you want to save, and save it to Photo Safe.
